Any Home Bakers Here?

Baking story:

A very LONG time ago, I was at a mall in Spokane, WA. I had a food that was delicious. I remember it fondly. I never got the name of the food, though.

I have been trying to track down what the name of the food was for over a decade. I wanted it again, but didn’t know the name or how to describe it. I moved down to southern ID later in life, so I never had it again.

I tried browsing recipes for several years, trying to find it, with no success.

Until today.

It turns out what I had was a mini Stromboli. I’m so happy I finally found out what it was.

Now I need to try making it!
I love calzones.
 
I need some baking advice.

One of my neighbors had surgery yesterday, the family asked me to bring dinner for them today.

Once again, it’s time to put my cooking skills to the test.
