Your Loaf looks Great. The two loaves I just baked is Sourdough MultigrainSeeded Loaves. Since Ron, wonderful baker, on Anyone here can Bake, sent me Sourdough. That was September 2016, and since then, I keep two Sourdough
starters in the Refrig and I bake only sourdough. Love it. Aria

I hear you on that! My Mom had a kidney infection a couple of years ago. She never quite got all the way back mentally.
