Any Home Bakers Here?

He said he doesn’t have a recipe to share because hes a pincha this pincha that baker 😬😝it works tho!

My mother is the same type of cook!

Shiitake can be grown on a variety of substrates, though at least partly hardwood in some form is preferable.

Yes, this is true, but there are some woods that they prefer to grow on. Some wood substrates can work, but not as well as preferred woods. There are some woods that they don’t like growing on at all. Pine is a good example, I believe.

I do amateur mushroom growing in case you haven’t noticed. Right now I have shiitake and blue oyster growing on a fruiting block in a fruiting bin.

Does anyone know how to culture mushrooms in a wetland? 40 of my 80 acres are wetlands

Best thing to do is to grow them in a controlled environment, like a bin with humidity and CO2 control. This website has everything you need.

Try the boomr bin or Martha tent. I personally have the automated boomr bin.
