Yes, I grind my own flour, it is way better than the stuff you can buy, I use a Hawos, Mill 1, it is a German company, I am not sure you can get it in the US …I have had it for almost 30 years, I once ground wheat which had too much humidity, which killed the mill, I sent it in, they fixed it, and it has been grinding perfectly again.
Baked some corn bread yesterday, couldn’t, for ages, cos I didn’t have any eggs 😅 used 50% corn flour and 50% freshly ground spelt , for health reasons

I use palousebrand.com for my wheat berries in the U.S. They are an excellent company. For ancient grains I use Ancientgrains.com
