Thank you. Often commercial chicken feed isn't available where chicken keepers live, so they have to make their own so their chickens get the nutrition they need. Are you able to find millet where your live? That would be a good grain to start with.

No, all parts of the tree including leaves and flowers are deadly poisonous. If your hen is eating them, she's starving and desperate. This is likely to kill her.

If by weird you mean she's walking like she's had too much alcohol to drink, teetering off balance and stumbling, yes, she's being poisoned. When the poison reaches her brain, she will stop breathing and die. She may be struggling to breathe already.
