Any idea for an inexpensive coop?

My husband built our duck barn, an 8x8 building, out of pallets, then used scrap tin to cover it. Costs less than $100. You can call the local coop and see if the have any pallets you can have. Good luck!

I say stay on Craigslist OVER AND OVER....It pays off....look under Free things, General, Materials, Play houses, Play skool play houses, Sheds, type anything you can think of I found this last week on CL...and its 4x4x 4 1/2
and best yet.....it was FREE!!!! The guy just wanted it off his property and it came with 3 nice gates free also!!! Yes, it was heavy, but we used whatever we could to move it onto the truck....push and drag, and boards to push it up on the truck...and its in mint condition, I searched for 3yrs trying to catch something like this, so I had to build coops, I always was too late, but it finally paid off when I was looking for my ducklings house!!!!

Its in Mint condition but DH says its going to get new shingles and a door added for bad weather, and gonna put it up off of the ground....until now since we have a cold front, it has to do.

I did put a tarp over the roof, INCASE we missed a leaky spot, rain was coming, so wanted to be safe

SO DONT GIVE UP!!!! STAY ON IT, DAILY AND SEVERAL TIMES A DAY....
