Welcome to BYC! The lighter one looks like it could be a light brahma, does it have feathered legs?

No on the feathered legs.

Then I would say Columbian Wyandotte, unless it has a single comb, which would be a Delaware.

Those black hackles on the white bird appear to be barred, which is characteristic of a Delaware.
