Any idea what breed these Ducklings are ?? sorry picture overload

I think just about any duck with black feathers will have a blue, green, or purple seen to them, at least all of the ones I have seen. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

I think swedish mixes. We used to have black swedish. They will produce some with more white in them like magpies. The green sheen is normal for swedish.

they both look like crosses to me... most likely black swedish with magpies? maybe some cayuga there.

My vote is that they are magpie crosses. They do not scream Ancona's to me, though Puddles baby picture is close to what my Ancona's looked like as ducklings. I would guess crosses.

my black swedish female has a greenish sheen to her feathers, but her head is not GREEN like that.. it's black, but will reflect a little bit of green in good light...
