Any idea what is up with her eye?!

Besides her eye being watery and her opening her mouth (but not panting) she doesn't display any other symptoms... any ideas what it could be?

Most of the time it is an oncoming respiratory illness.

Okay, poor little thing. I'm not familiar with chicken pharmacies- so what should I do for this? Meds? Saline? Separation/Quarantine?

My chick eye swelled up so I separated her from the flock and in a week maybe she was fine I hope she gets better
