Any idea what type of bantam chick this is?

This is Ginger. I am hoping she's a pullet, but it's too early to tell. (I may have to change the name later.) Does anyone have any idea what she may be? I know she's a bantam chick, but other than that I haven't a clue. I have looked through all sorts of chick pictures and can't figure this one out. She is so pretty to me and one of my favorites! She's around 3 weeks old.

Thank you. I started out thinking she was a red cochin, but the coloring has thrown me for a loop.

I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that this is a "she."

My other little cochin chick that is the same age is developing a much larger comb and wattles already.
