Any ideas of the breed of this chick? Got her/him as an extra from a hatchery. :)

The first picture is a different chick. It looks to be a Quail d'Anvers. What hatchery did the black chick come from? It's likely an Australorp
I can assure you that they are the same chick :) This batch is for my personal yard “pet” flock for fun and they’re from McMurry’s.

So it would then be a mixed breed but I am also quite sure the chick in the foreground of the first picture is different than the next ones. Assuming all pictures were taken the same day, it even has different leg color :)

Oh GOSH I’m blind I apologize!!! You’re so right, I accidentally included the wrong picture for the first one wow I’m sorry! xD
