Looks like a Bielefelder or possibly a Cream Legbar

@ChicKat did a breeding project with Legbars and some of her Legbars had white sickle feathers. I don’t know if this would occur in a Bielefelder, but it seems fairly common in Legbar cocks. Whatever this guy is you should definitely keep him. He is stunning

Crossbred. He doesn't fit any breed variety completely.

I agree with Gray Farms, stunning rooster of mixed heritage. His features aren't characteristic of any pure breed. Nothing fits him to the T.
I'm absolutely in love with his plumage!
