Any ideas on gender of these guys???

hey everyone these guys are 4 weeks old and the only difference between these guys and the others are that the others have tail feathers and these don't yet.
Does that mean they could be hens or roosters? They are easter eggers

Hard to tell. Could you post individual pictures? If so that would make it easier!

At 4 weeks of age, even with individual pics it will be near impossible to tell...re-post pics when they are around 10-12 weeks of age and we can better tell you then.
