We got them from tractor supply and was told they were white egg layers, supposedly leghorns. They are the sweetest girls. The darkest one walked over to my husband and just jumped up on him and laid down on his arm. So full of personality.

I think they were mistaken. Sadly most employees at TSC have no idea what they're talking about when it comes to chickens. They will lay large brown eggs for you and will be excellent producers for their first two years.

Red sex-link pullets, I've had them for over 3 years and I haven't ever had any health problems with them.
