Cool!
I'd love to go to a concert again, but I think those days are behind me.
Nahhhhh! I don't believe it! That means I'd have to quit one day too and I don't wanna! You won't catch me moshing, but I still love to go!
Yes, but I'm a teacher and must be a bland, lifeless pillar of the community
I don't think I'll ever be able to live down the headline "Local Teacher Injured in Pit Fight at Harpos"
When DH had his motorcycle, he and I rode up to Ponderosa in West Branch for lunch. I was also skinnier then so I was able to fit into lean, black leather jeans, Harley tank top covered with a very flattering vest, my long hair braided back in one of those leather tube-things. DH, of course, had his t-shirt with sleevs cut off, POW/MIA vest along with a little patch that said VFW: Veterans F--ed by Washington, faded jeans. His hair was also longer than mine in those days. Plus, he's tall and German/Blackfoot so he's pretty imposing. While going up to the cashier, a 10 year old girl came up to me and said "You were my teacher when my regular teacher was gone!" I looked up to see her parents glaring at DH and I. I felt a little sheepish so I didn't quite know what to say. I did sub in that district the following fall though.
