Maybe you need to have the meds he has checked! Maybe that pill or the pack if pills was defective... a placebo or a manufacturing issue or just expired.

I might try... take the hubbie in to his regular doctor in the morning... have him SWALLOW the pill in front of Doc... let DOC check his mouth

... then come back in the afternoon for another test??

Oh I didn't see that already mentioned.... Maybe it was just a single bad pill but his system was well enough without?

Back to the drug interactions... for example... brothers GF was on the Depo shot... Brothers GF took an over-the-counter pain reliever... she got pregnat.. Docs said that pain reliever can cancel out the Depo shot

Or the thing with the poppy seeds....

We have spoken with the pharmacist. he's the one who told us about the amphetamine testing can cause false negatives.

Poppy seeds would affect an opiate test Squishy

Not this one though.

I have been searching the internet trying to find answers, and all I get is how to pass a urinalysis for employment drug screens and other such stupidity. I posted a couple of places for them to quit doing the drugs and they can pass

Are you sure they ran the correct test? Ritalin is not an amphetamine, it's a central nervous system stimulant. The usual drug test doesn't test for it that I know of. Adderall on the other hand IS an amphetamine and would show up if you were taking that.
