any one know how to caponize near Fort Walton Beach, FL

i have a 6 week old boy who i just adore and I was wondering if some one out there near me could do a girl a favor by caponizing her baby boy. If anyone knows anyone at all who caponizes there chickens near Fort Walton Beach could you contact me.

There are some threads here on caponizing, but it usually takes many deaths before you get it done without killing them.

i agree with 4-h chicken mom. i have processed enough roos to know where they are located but i think there would have to be a little bit of fishing around. even if you were very carefull i think it would be very hard on the bird. pigs, on the other hand are easy. you just cut the sack and give em a yank.
