any one used helens best feed

I was looking for kruse lay mash at my feed store and all they had was helens best kruses new line and was told thats all the company sent them so I bought it it as 16% protein instead of 17% and the rest of the nutrients are
Different and the price is more expensive $19 verus $18 I normally pay

It's been a while since you asked, but I used to use Helen's Best all the time!! They're prettier, happier, and lay more while eating less, which is great during the "closed in" months. (less food, less poop)
Unfortunately, I was only one of two people in my fairly small (NorCal) town to do so, so about two years ago, the local dealer stopped carrying it. So for the next year, to my husband's chagrin, I drove 45 miles one-way once a month to pick up supplies. This year, that dealer is no longer carrying it.... so I've been feeding my girls another brand. I MUCH prefer the Helen's Best, even over this different brand. They're not online ordering yet... but I am waiting impatiently!!
