Any other ideal orders coming this week?

My order of 24 is due to mail out on Monday Feb. 23rd!!!!!! I'm so excited. Since I'm in Texas, and have ordered 3xs from Ideal before, mine should be here on Tuesday. I'm ready!!!!

I'm sooo sorry about the DOA babies. That's got to be hard. I hope Ideal made good with you. They are usually the best!!

i got a call at 1am last night that my chicks were in at the main post office half an hour away. i had alerted them so i could get them there rather than the chicks waiting hours to be delivered out my way. i ordered 15 self-blue silkies and got 28 chicks - 18 silkies (1 doa and 1 with spraddle legs who is not doing well) and 10 packing peanuts.

i had to immediately separate the silkies from the roos as they were stomping all over them. Then i had to separate out the little spraddle leg one and i put her in a spare incubator. She may not make it.

i got an inch of sleep this morning and kept having nightmares about opening the brooder then the top would tip over crushing the chicks, then i would pick it up the other way and it would crush the other half of the chicks. Woooooo, this no sleep thing is brutal.
