Any pigeon flyers out there?

I have let my Homers out a few times and they wont fly. They are a few months old and I have faithfully followed the majority of the training steps. What should I do to motivate them to fly instead of walking out of the training cage and just walking around?

give them time... let them out everyday..

They'll fly a little at a time one by one and slowly they'll start ranging and fly as a flock.

Just carry them a few feet from the loft, and release them.​

I fly my racing homers, not my show birds. English trumpers and good show indian fantails, dont fly well and would not show well after free flight.(broken feather,and etc)

How much are you feeding them?
Also, release them in the yard everyday, getting farther and farther from the loft. If they come out and walk around, follow them until someone takes off.​

great advice from you guys....I admit that I was mostly nervous and must have been "willing" them not to fly. I have taken more chances and trusted them more and its paying off. They are flying fabulously now and I am slowly inching my way out of my yard and getting distance. Every day helps!
PS: I am in NC if there is anyone around the Hickory area. I am in to chickens, quail, ducks and Pigeons.

I got my first pair of Birmingham roller pigeons this week and I can't wait to get some more.These are my first pigeons so I have never flown any before.Everything I have found on the internet shows them flying in kits.Is it possible to fly just a pair?I would greatly appreciate all the information I can get because I want to start raising and flying rollers.If you have any advice, just shoot me a pm. Thanks in advance!
