Any roosters?

We've already found a new home for one rooster we had. We cant have roosters within city limits. These ladies I hope are now about 12 weeks old. These 2 in particular I'm worried about.

The second bird looks like an EE pullet. The first I'd guess to be a mixed breed cockerel.

I would need a full body shot of the first bird to guess on that one.
I would agree with the second one being a male.
