Any strawberry bread recipes?

Spring is here & I've got lots of strawberries! I'm looking for a good strawberry nut bread recipe, similar to banana nut bread. I did a web search & came across several recipes, but the comments all said something like add more strawberries or add less sugar. I'm looking for a tried & true recipes so I don't mess up my delicious strawberries. Anyone have one?

I have a strawberry banana one

you can tweak it obviously

2 cups chopped strawberries
2 cups mashed bananas
2 cups flour
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup veg shortening
1 egg
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp milk
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

I would split the sugar and mix half of it with the strawberries and then mix together.
I personally use agave nector, and for milk I use vanilla almond if you use regular milk then I would a 1 tsp of vanilla.
the baking soda and powder are extremely important because of all the ingredients.

I mix cream my sugar with the shortening and peanut butter then combine with wet ingredient. I mix my dry and then combine everything. Um the amount of strawberries can be upped I just have a habit of using several fruits and vegs to my breads.

I bake 360 for 1hr

Now I'm going to make some!

I can't wait to grow my own strawberries, any advice?

Method and amounts:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3-4 bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
As much of cinnamon, cocoa powder as desired


Oven @ 325F.
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs and mashed bananas; mix well.
Add flour and baking soda, cinnamon, cocoa powder, vanilla extract.
Bake for 40min-1hr depending on size of baking container.

Addendum: Use a simple mixture of butter, powdered sugar and heavy cream for the glaze.
