That was funny as heck. I admit I cringed a few times but laughed a lot.
Loved the Obama thing at the end too.

Very good movie. I enjoyed it. I want a second one.

I have loved everything "Star Trek", even though I wasn't even born whenever the original series aired. I have tried to catch as many episodes as I have been able to.

I hate movies, usually, and despise paying money to go see them in a theatre with nothing more than a faint memory to show for it. However, I really enjoyed this movie and believe that it was enhanced by being in the theatre. I would go see it again.. I will be buying it.. and I will be looking foreward to another one!

[P.S.I can't wait for the movies that we saw trailers for prior to the movie beginning to come out! Year One looks hilarious.. ANOTHER Transformers movie!!!

and even some of the animated movies looked good.

The answer to that is given during that meeting, but to utter it here would be a big spoiler on the plot of the story. If you want, I can PM you.

PLEASE DO

Haahaa.....it was GREAT!!! I won't say anything more for fear of spoiling it for others. Definitely worth the theatre ticket

I PM'd you, DLS!

I totally agree, The Hoof and Hen Ranch. Hot hot HOT! And I have to say that even Bones when he was all scruffy during the initial flight up to join the fleet was pretty darned cute. You do recognize him (the actor), right? He played Eomer in Lord of the Rings. The guy that lead the Riders of Rohan.

Went to see Trek on Friday night... want to go again... O...M...G so good. DH kept laughing at me the whole time, I had this ridiculous grin on my face just eating up every second. I too loved that unexpected turbolift scene, and the transporter when Kirk asked Spock what Uhurah's first name is and Spock sai d"I have no comment on the matter.". I love Star Trek, their stories are all so real to me... yup I gotta go again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmmm, playing at 9:40 tonight at my local theater. I haven't gone
to the movies in YEARS. I don't like sticky floors.

So tempting. Should be an empty theater and only minutes away too,
well by bike at 100.
