That's entirely possible and for her to be barred, that would mean the sire was the Barred Rock. If the mother was the BR, then only the cockerels would be barred, I believe.

I wouldn't be surprised if she had leghorn in her. Her comb is much bigger than any of my other girls and is even starting to flop over a little. She sure lays nice white eggs!

Did you get her from your feed store? You mentioned that your feed store orders from Ideal, so if you got her there, she's most likely a purebred.

Well, if the feedstore gets their chicks from a hatchery and not individuals, then she's probably a Barred Holland purebred. In the first pics she seems a bit slender, but BHs do have a smaller body type than a Barred Rock.

Couldn't resist adding a bully pic... mine couldn't keep his fat nose out of the brooder box, and every time he stuck it in there the same little black minorca jumped up and bit him. Once she even grabbed his tongue and held on while he pulled out of the box! He's so MEAN LOL.
