Any wildlife photographers out there

From a hawk? If so then this hawk has made your flock it's main food source.. I'd get fake crows ASAP or you're going to lose a lot more.. Crows are naturally hawk's rival and hawks will try to avoid them if they seem them in groups.
An owl or two will do as well

I saw one hawk with the peeping ducking in it's talons, so I suspect that's what happen to the others. :(

Are they in a small run? (The ducks) IF they are i'd suggest getting some game netting to put over the fencing if you cant get the owls/crows.... Very sorry to hear these hawks are being a problem.

No, they free range, so netting is not an option.

Then while you're having this hawk problem i'd fence them in (Temperately) Until you get those crows up and once you stop seeing the hawks come around.
Yeah, not an option. :(

Here is a picture I took a few days ago:

Not sure what else to suggest other then the crows then...

Beautiful photo pf a goose though! We have so many of them come in on our backyard.. I should really try taking some pics of them
The majority of ducklings have been sold, so I think I'm okay for now.

Every year we get a pair or two that come for handouts.
These flew over but didn't stop.
