Chocolate chip cookie dough, but when eating it raw I prefer the chocolate chips left out.

I literally make cookie dough just to eat the dough... the cookies are a by-product that I sometimes make for my fiancee...

Ditto on brownies/brownie batter. YUM. Like chocolate frosting, only creamier.

ETA: if I weren't already marrying the man of my dreams, I'd DEFINITELY be marrying whoever invented cookie dough ice cream. delicious!!!
