Anybody else Equestrian or Horse-lover?

Well, of course from my name you can tell! We have 28 on property, four we own.

My personal horse, Storm, a grey egyptian arab - dispite what is said about this breed, the calmest horse on the place.

My husbands main horse Maddie - a Drum horse, which is a Gypsy crossed with a larger feathered breed, in her case, Clydesdale.
She is not spotted like most Gypsy horses, looks like her Clyde mom. She rides and drives.

My husbands small emergency backup horse, a registered quarterhorse mare, Fancy. Also dispite what they say about the calm Quarterhorse breed, something of a spooky witch. (no offense to you witches)

And last but not least, our new pony, Josie. Jury is still out on this one, does seem to have some pony temperment under saddle. If I can post it, you will see the cutest photo ever of a pony.

We have five horses ranging in age from 11 yo to 25 yo. Four are registered quarter horses and the 25 yo is a halflinger cross. She's also trained to drive. We ride mostly western, trail riding and obstacle challenges. There hasn't been a lot of money for showing lately. I'll have to post pictures later.
