There is a Fjord next door
But here are mine:
The 'big' mare, Nova, is an Irish cob (14:2hh). She is now 16 and is retired from competition work. We did Elementary Dressage until she screwed up a tendon last year. Now she hacks out occasionally and stuffs her face the whole time with her little companion, Harry. He is usually known as Hairy, and he is a miniature shetland and is all of 32", which is 8:2hh to the rest of us. or, in other words, labrador sized

He is lovely! Does he have 2 wall eyes?

They are both blue with natrual eyeliner around both of them. Sometimes on the bald face horses they will actually tattoo the area around the eye black to prevent cancer. My horse was born with it.

I love horses. I showed my aunt's mare, Casey, until I was 14. I had to stop because of knee issues (it was either that or I couldn't walk). I gave up horses and lost a part of me. I wound up having to have the knee surgeries anyway and I was finally able to get my own horse in October 2007 for my 21st birthday gift.

My mom was allergic to horses and she had passed away Feb. 9, 2007. I knew that Max was a gift from both my mom and dad.

Here's Max in his second year, the week I got him:
