OH WOW!! If your last ride was a 93 Fatboy your in for a treat ...
I sleep on the back of the Bagger. The ride is nothing like it use to be ... On our Fatboy 60 to 100 miles and its break time so you can feel if your butt is still there.

Now we ride a tank out 200 to 300 miles.
pullup fillup and keep riding ...

Thats good to know, you are right about a sore butt. To long on that bike and you would walk funny for a good day and a half!

Me Too!!! That's great!!!

I loved it when folks in cars would turn their heads when I passed (loud pipes save lives, ya know) and then the double take, hurry up to catch up when they realized I was a lady on a Hog!

Skip and I bought our first Harley together on October 4, 2007. We spent 4 months riding our '99 Sporty every chance we got (I've ridden behind him on that "baby" in temps down to 30 degrees F and loved every second of it!!!).

In Feb '08, we were headed home at night and had a college student run a red light on us. Haven't been able to ride our "Iron Warhorse" since and am missing it like crazy!!!

We should be able to make her road-worthy again ourselves and are looking into replacing the front end parts at this time.

I have a 2006 Roadking, and S.O. rides an 04 Superglide that we lowered. Roadking is stock except for pipes and an upgrade to the EFI. The Superglide has been loweered both front and rear, with chromed forks and other goodies. mini apes, bare bones solo seat from LaPera, and Thunderheader 2 into 1 exhaust. Also has an upgrade to the EFI. S.O. is only 5'3", but she looks wicked tuff on it cruisin the highway.........
