Anybody used terramycin to treat respiratory infections?

Both mycoplasma (MG) and coryza can cause swollen and gunky eyes. Coryza smells bad according to some, and may cause thick nasal secretions with pus in the eyes. Sometimes they can also get other bacteria into the eyes as a secondary infection, such as E.coli from the droppings.
Coryza can be treated with Tylan in combination with sulfa antibiotics, such as sulfadimethoxine ( Albon) or bactrim, or sulfa alone.

This link has symptoms of both MG and coryza:

Can you pick up the chicken and weigh it, then weigh yourself, and subtract the difference. You can also use a kitchen scale or estimate the weight if they are grown chickens.

This type of Terramycin is hard to dose, since it is usually given to cattle. In this link, it says to give 400 to 800 mg per gallon of water.

If you crushed 3 of the 250 mg tablets into a gallon of water, that would give you 750 mg per gallon or the maximum dosage. Then you could give it for 5 days.

Or if you would rather give it orally crushed into a little water or food, you could give 1/4 tablet in the morning and 1/4 in the evening. You could also just insert the 1/4 tablet in her beak. That would deliver about 125 mg daily or 25 mg per pound in a 5 pound chicken. The link here recommends 50 mg per Kg or roughly 25 mg per pound:
