Anyome confuse coryza with eye worm ?

You're not providing much info.
Coryza has a foul odor about the head area. Eyeworm doesnt.

I cant figure out which I have either! I recieved chicks from a friend that are quarantined. They itch like crazy and squeel when they itch their eyes BUT they also occasionally have a little sneeze. They are too young for me to see if there is a worm in their eyes. I have tried a few times. When I tried to clean up one of their eyes with hot water and paper towels, the corner and bottom of the eye swoll up like a balloon! Help!
