Anyone around here looking for puppies? North Western NJ

I have used those shots from the TSC on every one of my dogs - and before I sell a puppy it has had at least 3-4 shots before it leaves my house. I give shots at 6-8-10-12 weeks My full grown dogs get shots every summer ( I checked with vet to make sure this was safe ).
They are very easy to give - I like to play with the dogs and get them really tired before I give the shots ( makes it easier LOL )
I have never had a dog with parvo - but I do know you can carry the virus on your clothing from room to room - and unless you cleaned EVERYTHING the sick dog touched with bleach to kill the virus any puppy who has not had shots can get sick.

PLEASE be careful with these pups

We did everything with bleach. All blankets, all clotes and shoes. Everything. We are going to keep the pups for 30 days to make sure nobody has it.

Are you aware there is a time period before a vaccine takes effect? Vaccinating them and taking them directly to your house won't allow enough time for the vaccine to build up an immunity. I doubt that you were able to clorox everything good enough to get rid of the parvo. I think it's irresponsible for you to take those puppies home when you know you've had parvo on the premises recently. Also 15 puppies at one time, unless you're a kennel, would be alot to take on. Please think twice about doing this.....for the puppies sake.

If I dont do this the puppies will be put to sleep. I should know as we have dont this over 4 times and can never make it there to save the 6 week old puppies.

Can someone please lock this thread!

I find it hard to believe that the people withthe pups can't find a healthy place to rehome these pups, especially when they are giving them away for free.
