Anyone Cheese making?

I recently got into cheese making. I have just started making fresh goat cheese, mozzarella, ricotta. I found out you can give the whey to you chickens! it is high in calcium. Anyone else try this or this hobby? would love find other chicken owners who are doing the same.

I have dabbled with mixed success with cheesemaking. I just signed up for a Craftsy course on cheesemaking, hope it helps me do a better job.

I love making cheese, made a couple batches with goats milk, put some fresh herbs in there too from the garden

I dream of the day I can try cheese making. I think whey can be made into ricotta-- perhaps I am mistaken. THe chickens would always be glad to eat up the whey for you.
