I want to thank you all for your helpful support. Our Hen didn't make it much past the Eclipse. She was just injured too much. She drank a lot of water and slept a lot - mostly in my lap where she felt safe. At times this morning she shared her water with the new chicks and I had such high hopes of smooth integration with the new batch. So sad to loose her. She was just a loyal buddy and loved sharing my ice cream cones. She even rode the golf cart with me.
