Crudola! I forgot to post back here....Yep we have 6 geese hatched fine and one trying hard. 2 ducks and 1 trying and 2 just kind of laying there. Candled them last night and still movement so I am not giving up on them.

I am getting VERY anxious about these BC Marans eggs. They are due to hatch tomorrow and I can't even tell if there is anything in them or not. All I can see when I candle is the air cell. On top of it all my 6 month old kitten decided the incubator makes a great butt warmer. I get paranoid she is gonna sleep up there and cut off the fresh air circulation.

If the eggs would even move I would feel better.

My first post. I have a bunch of eggs due to hatch on the 7th. This will be my first attempt at hatching poultry eggs. I started with 33 eggs that I ordered online, and out of 33, only 4 were not fertile. I never dreamed I would have that many good eggs. We'll see how many hatch in a couple of days!
