Anyone "DUE" the 11th? (lol) CANDLING PICS ADDED PG 2

Mine are due the 12th but I already have 2 pips tonight and I just took them out of the turner this morning!

I have 1 barred rock and 1 delaware pipped

out of the two questionable, I found out that one had pipped yesterday afternoon and gotten flipped over. it was totally dry, so I helped it out. perfectly formed, but obviously dead before I started. there was another one that was the same way, so I helped it out too. it got out of the egg, no blood from the shell, but when it kicked out of the last of the shell, it had a weird lump on its butt that looks a little bloody. none of the others seem to have that, but they're too fluffy to be sure.

I was gone during the afternoon and came home to two more australorp chicks. They are a feisty little bunch.

Have a new baby and another pip, looks like I'll have a day 20 chick tomorrow, or sooner. Pics to follow tomorrow or Friday.

ok now one of the chicks is out already so they are coming early

the chick has finally fluffed up and is standing on its own now!!!

its white.
There are a few more pips in there, but I"m beginning to think It's going to be a small hatch. Oh well.
