AWSOME!we are butchering Friday the 11 th. first of the year
NICE!finished the 42 about 3 pm. that included lunch and clean up . our best time. 2.5 to 4.75 lbs.
I ended up doing mine fri to. and I hope they taste goodI processed 12 Pekins on Friday. They are resting comfortably in the shop fridge.
Planning on doing the next batch of 15 on Teusday. I have one more batch to do the last of June, and then nothing but extra Roos and maybe some geese.
