Anyone else due to hatch on March 23rd? *first post updated :) *

Anyone got any success stories they can share of incubators rising to 39+ degrees for an hour to make me feel better?

It might of been an over compensation for taking out the turner. was it 39+ above the norm? and what kind of therm was it?

I don't know if the eggs took a lot of that heat in. You seemed to have caught it in good time. Not like they sat in it for 6 hours.

Good luck and I hope for the best!

I take it you mean 39 degrees centigrade. That is about 102 degrees Fahrenheit. That should not be a problem since it was only for an hour. I have read that anywhere between 98 and 102 is within limits for hatching.

DIY therm, small microchip receives voltage reading from an NTC thermistor and switches on and off heat circuit accordingly. Been perfect up until now
