Anyone else hatching Feb. 1st?

I haven't candled yet, but I'll probably do it tonight. I usually candle before now, but I guess I'm slipping.

I've got 9 in right now that should hatch 2/6.
One in for 2/8.
Several more expected to go into the bator this week.

How is everyones eggs doing? My eggs are doing great 1 stopped growing but, I still have 10 more left and they are definitely still alive and doing great!

Candled and removed 3 eggs from 48. I knew they weren't very good, they were porous but I thought maybe they'd do something but no such luck. All the rest look good

2 of my broody silkie eggs that I am still iffy on are due to hatch on the 1st of feb. So I guess we will see........

I am hoping to hatch Feb 1. I asn't planning on it, but after the biggest little rooster died, I got an incubator and put 4 eggs in. I got so excited the other night- I saw veins!! And last night, there were 2 that were moving around! It was really cool looking, but also a little creepy. So far, all 4 seem to be good.
I also put in 6 more eggs due to hatch Feb 8th. I have NO CLUE where I am going to put these little ones. I also dont know how I will handle the staggered hatch.

Well, I have candled and candled my duck eggs, and there is simply nothing there. I was told to wait and see, since ducks (supposedly) are harder to candle. I didn't have any problems with my pekins and cayugas with seeing veins on day 5-7, but these khakis just are not developing. I don't know if the P.O. scrambled them or what, but there is nothing there. Good luck to everyone else in your hatches
