Holy cow... now I have this intense desire to go draw a Lambert-esque comic strip of a vulture that was raised with peeps.

It could be the next heartwarming family movie.

Well so much for my ugly chick, she/he is turning out be quite a looker. PEANUTBUTTER, as my 2 year old daughter named her, she has some unique coloring. The picture doesn't do her justice! Her head has blue/red lacing, her chest is a nice buff color, her back is white with red lacing on the feathers, and her wings are just cool looking. And the feet are really green! I'm hoping for it to be a girl, but Peanutbutter is staying no matter what. Still can't tell if she'll have a muff/beard she just has some long scragglers hanging off her chin.

I have to go out and check my biddies feet now, I can't remember. I have one silver and 4 gold sebrights in the brooder

They're not nearly as green as they look in the picture. They're grey with a slight greenish cast. And yay, I'm so glad it's a she. And she's already flying! Time to put some chicken wire over the top of the brooder.

She looks exactly like my Sebright girl.

Here I was, worried about my little chick (the one in my avitar who is about 2 weeks old now and looking a bit scruffy), then I come across Holly's Maran.
