No real way of knowing how many it may hold. Pics look like an old building with several things going on inside.
How much area is the actual coop part or is it just one big coop full of random stuff?
here is our plan for a bantam pen potentially the left side is where our goats where which is roughly 180 square feet but im not sure i havent measured it thats just an estimate so teh actually coop area we have as of right now is probably somewhere around 160 square feet i will try measuring it later

I have a 10' x 16' Woods KD style coop. Woods' book states this is sufficient for 40 chickens. Attached is a ~15 x 28' covered run; pop door open 24/7.

I have had as many as 35 birds, both roosters & hens; I felt 40 would have been pushing it. Now have 27 hens ONLY; atmosphere in the run is totally different and calmer, easily 40 hens.

Woods' coops are fresh air optimized with 8' x 30" open (hardware cloth only) front year round.

I don't think the building was originally meant for chickens. Very little ventilation. It probably had equipment in it. When you dress it out for chickens, cut some windows out. The windows should be above the chickens' heads when they are roosting.
