Anyone else here have a fish pond?

I found a baby fish in the priming pot on my pond, and it was still alive, but it was pretty beat up. I brought him in and put him in his own tank, and he did well, and now he is back in the pond. I think he is big enough now to not get sucked into the bottom drain.

I've got a pre made 65 gallon pond with some comet goldfish. I would like to get a much bigger one for koi eventually. I have 3 lots of Lily pads and some arrowhead plants along with some wild plants.

I also in the summer breed fish outdoors in 55 gallon plastic barrels. I did bettas, swordtails, and platys.

I have a small 55 gallon pond that I used to keep fish in, but it was too shallow and raccoons kept getting the fish, so I stopped keeping fish in it, and now I just use it for water plants. That was another reason I made my current Koi pond so deep, so raccoons can't get the fish.

depends. where i live we have no ponds or dug outs my brother has a small tank with some fish.

my family also owns about 480 acres of land with a natural lake which has fish (not sure the species) been told pike are in there.

and has 3 dugouts on the land which am debating on weather or not to stock them with rainbow trout.

My family owns a really small pond which has frogs and the occasional baby turtle and crayfish. We HAD koi but most of them died from disease, then the rest from herons.

Anyone have any special Koi?
I used to have a large Koi that was all black, but he jumped out of the pond last summer :(

But I also have a Koi that I think hatched in the pond, that I found in the priming pot (the basket before the pump that catches leaves), and he was still alive, but he was pretty beat up, so I brought him in and kept him in a tank for several months, and I eventually moved him back out into the pond.
