Hoorah, the sun has been flirting with us for most of the day. I'll take it!
It is humid and gloomy in michigan right now. Had a big storm last night it may have pasted you already or it is on its way.
Take a look and read last months national geographic and see what they're prodiction is on years to come.
The cover has an egpytian face on it.
Quote:Hi, I don't have access to that issue, what was the prediction?
They're predictions are that Dry area's are to see drought's. Worse that what they already are.
Rain forest to be under water like a marsh.
Places that get the other kinds of precp. they will see more rain.
Michigan forcasters are saying that we will have a mild summer
Highs in high 70 and low 80's unlike the years in the last few years.
Winter is going to come sooner they say. But they have been right so far. We have had more rain than usual as I can tell I dont have to water my garden as much as I did in the past.
I've never seen so many disgusting looking mushrooms growing; they are everywhere.
However, I did see a bright flash of light in the sky a little while ago that LOOKED like it might have been the sun. No, wait.......no it wasn't.
Quote:my son was playing in the yard the other day and kept saying whats that, whats that. It was a big mushroom, hed never seen one before. Ive never had them in my yard before. There is one of those Faerie Rings up the road.
Quote:What, pray tell, is a "Faerie Ring"?? Is it one of those GIGANTIC white & black mushrooms????? YIKES!!!!!

Your faeire ring is really, really cool, imagine if it were really true?
I live in the middle east... (Virginia) its been nasty here as well... We we're one of the few lucky ones that got our first cut of hay without it getting rained on. There are many a fieldd here with hay not cut laying over, or cut hay thats rotted. My chicken pens are a mess, I've been tryin to clean at least once a week (in the rain) its just nasty!! but we had a drought the past few years. So I guess we need it
Edited to say: its 95 here today and sunny Hopeing it'll dry up some mud!!!
