Anyone else perpetually tired?

I don't snore but was feeling tired all the time. I went in for a sleep study and found out that I would stop breathing 17 times an hour!!! I never went into REM sleep the entire night. When I went to get my results, the doctor looked at the paper, then back at me and said "Oh Sweetie, you must need a nap...like a 4 hour nap everyday!" He was right. I'm on a waiting list to get back in the sleep clinic so they can hook me up to the CPAP machine to see if I can get a good night's rest finally...
 
You may want to get your thyroid checked. If the levels are off, it can affect how you feel. Hope you get to the bottom of this soon.

i'm tired a lot too.

they said no to diabetes and no to thyroid.....

but there was something spilling in my urine? re-test in 6 months...


i don't know....i'm tired...i'm stressed.... but i know it's not normal.
 
You are probably going to think I am crazy when I say this...but this is how I got out of that.

I changed my eating habits, began working out and taking good vitamins and supplements and actually started sleeping a good night's sleep.

When I do not do that or prior to doing that I was exhausted 24/7. Get up at 7 am and be ready for a nap at 11 am.

A good multi-vitamin, good eating habits and good exercise...leads to good sleep and no fatigue.

yeah i sure that's gonna fix everything,
i did get a grow light with full spectrum bulb they say the low sun light in winter and staying inside, your brain doesn't get blah blah...... not sure about the science but i'll try it and the plants love it

Have you thought of deworming yourself? I know this is a subject that most people don't wish to discuss and everyone wants to think that they do not have worms. Don't rely on the O&P your doctor may use to determine if you have them, they are not known to be real accurate.

Ok, Vitamin D - check, thyroid - normal, diet - pretty good, calcium - yep, so what gives. My eyes feel like they have been popped out and rolled in sand all the time, my energy level is at -0-, for me anyways. I am pretty high energy person, but this is nuts!
