I have seen a number of posts recently concerning lice/mites and others asking what to do.
I myself have used Frontline for dogs the spot on treatment for my chickens. Put 2 drops on my big girls, and 1 on my smaller Bantams.
I didnt have any problems with it and havent seen any critters on them since.
I was just wondering if I was alone in doing this. Has anyone else used it?

I agree with alternatives. A drop of neem oil above the vent works too, for those looking for other solutions. I can't imagine going to the trouble of dusting Sevin on every chicken separately. We have 200 chickens!

One of my chickens keeps pecking at her feathers. She has even ripped some of her feathers out. Does that mean she has mites? And how do I check for them???

dont know if thats a sign of mites
could another chicken be plucking at her?
just simply part her feathers and look
i know lice are light brown and pretty sure mites are black or red
