Anyone elses chicks delivered late to the P.O?

if you have the delivery confirmation number; you CAN call your local post office, ask them to check to see if there is any
updates on THEIR computer...
trust me..coming from a person who deals with shipping all day (I own my own toy business) and I have impatient
customers; I call my postmaster on a daily basis to get updates that dont show online...

okay so the po just opened and i called em. They knew exactly the box i was talking about... apparently it got sent to the wrong ciity! she said it was on its way over her her PO as we speak, so hopefully they should be there in an hour or so and i can pick them up on my lunch break...

I was a rural carrier. The tracking information (or lack there of) is because of a terrible system the PO has. The people who actually handle the package scan it almost every time they touch it. Every time the package changes hands it gets scanned, especially express packages. The PO needs to get a better computer system put in place that updates the internet better. When people pay for tracking, they want up to date tracking, not 1 day old tracking.
