Anyone expecting a shipment from McMurray's this week?

I got my 26 layers two weeks ago!!! They were shipped fri, came monday morning! I lost 4 VERY WEAK ones, but the other 22 are flying, happy and LOUD!

I talked to McMurray this morning,
they said they had a delayed hatch because of the holiday....
I normally get my chicks monday morning they said they should be here Tuesday.

Good thread. I am expecting an order the first week of March and didn't know if they would ship Sunday or Monday or what. We live in Sharpsburg, GA, about 30 miles south of Atlanta.

I ordered from them 2 years ago and couldn't remember what day I got them on.

I have 28+ coming next week. MM said the hatch day is Sat.2/21 so I should get them on Monday 2/23 I think. I can't wait to see the fuzzy butts!

My Mcmurray order (ended up being 86 chicks total) shipped Sunday (yesterday). McMurray said the chicks would be delivered on tuesday. I was concerned about the chicks being stuck at the Post Office processing center over the holiday so my local postman called to check if they were in and then called me. I was able to pick them up this morning before they closed at 8:30 for the holiday.

There were a couple of smaller (guessing 25 count boxes) of chicks there from McMurray. I felt sorry for the little guys and wanted to take them too

All of the babies seem to be healthy and pretty active.

I got a call from the Vineland NJ post office today, Presidents Day. I went & picked up my baby chicks.
They are from McMurrays.
