I am always looking for ways to provide fresh greens to the ducks. So far, I have found they seem to do fine with dandelion, chickweed, and Impatiens capensis a.k.a. jewelweed.

I have heard of feeding comfrey to grazing animals, and wanted to see if anyone here has experience with that. I use it myself to make salve and compost booster.

I can't see why they wouldn't do well on it. I am growing borage(lots of biomass) Radish(they are fast) and sproutted black oil sunflower seeds(right after first true leaves come in the ducks love them) for greens. Plus any broadleaf weed that sprouts in the garden(dandelion and wild brassiccas)
