Anyone had Speck Sussex from Murray McMurray??

I'm wanting to order some, but have heard that many of the hatchery SS are on the light side...not weighing as the standard should. I won't be showing these, but want a heavy dual purpose bird for the homestead. Murray McMurray has been decent enough on other breeds, but have never tried SS.

the hens are wonderful ladies and the roo are gentle as can be till you get between them and there ladies
i ve lost 2 roos that sacrificed themselves to foxes (for a min i thought the fox was gonna back down , but he did think twice because of there size)
