I've got serama eggs under Momma and they are due on Thanksgiving. So excited !!

I was just planning on ripping down some pallets, I did a google search on pallet coops and a lot of useful information popped up. My hubs can get as many as I need for free, but I'm still going to have some expense because I'm a girl who wants a "pretty" coop, lol. From what I can tell you can ask different businesses and they'll just give them away for free as they often have more than they know what to do with. Seemed like an economic way to go.

It's a good thing I do have a job, because when I am home, I find myself checking on my eggs every 10 minutes, like something is going to happen, lol

I didn't candle last night which was very hard, but I think I'm going to break down tonight, I'm dying to see how they are doing so wish me luck

Your like me. I pull up a chair and watch the eggs. Then I think, "what am I expecting to see????" Major obsession!! I had to add water to the bator last night, so I stuck to flashlight on a couple just to watch for a second. I didn't pick them up, so it was just a quick fix for me!
